Mommy's Day Out was a specially curated patient engagement and community-building event designed for expecting mothers and their families, bringing together healthcare guidance, wellness experiences, entertainment, education, and meaningful interaction in a single platform.

Organized by Ankura Hospital and managed end-to-end by NextGenInnov8, the event was created to strengthen patient relationships, provide valuable healthcare insights, and create a memorable experience for moms-to-be during one of the most important phases of their lives.

For NextGenInnov8, this project represented much more than event execution.

It was a complete end-to-end healthcare event management project involving venue transformation, registration management, stage production, audience engagement, activity zone management, branding deployment, hospitality coordination, technical execution, attendee experience planning, and seamless on-ground operations throughout the event.

The venue was transformed into a vibrant and welcoming experience space designed specifically for expecting mothers and their families. Every touchpoint was carefully planned to create a warm, engaging, and family-friendly environment that encouraged participation, interaction, and community building.
