From 28th July to 31st July 2026, NextGenInnov8 Events successfully planned, managed, and executed a four-day Corporate Blood Donation Drive across Avance 1, Avance 2, International Tech Park Hinjewadi, and International Tech Park Kharadi, Pune, in association with Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital.

Designed as a purpose-driven Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the campaign encouraged employees across CapitaLand IT Parks to actively participate in a life-saving cause while strengthening workplace culture through meaningful community engagement. The initiative reflected CapitaLand's commitment to promoting employee wellness, social responsibility, and sustainable corporate citizenship.

As the official Corporate Event Management Partner, NextGenInnov8 Events handled the complete planning and execution of this multi-location CSR campaign. Our team managed every aspect of the project, including venue planning, event branding, registration management, volunteer coordination, donor assistance, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end operational execution across all four locations.

Working closely with the medical experts from Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, every donation was conducted under strict medical protocols. The process included donor registration, health screening, blood collection, post-donation care, and participant assistance, ensuring a safe, seamless, and well-organized experience throughout the event.

Over the four-day campaign, the initiative witnessed the participation of 150+ blood donors, showcasing the strong commitment of corporate employees towards supporting community healthcare and contributing to a meaningful social cause.
