Krafton FamJam 2026, held in Bangalore and executed by NextGenInnov8, was a large-scale employee engagement and annual family day celebration designed to bring together employees, children, and families through interactive experiences, entertainment, activities, and meaningful moments.

Planned as a complete family engagement experience, the event transformed the workplace environment into a vibrant celebration space where employees and their families could connect, participate, and create memories together.

For NextGenInnov8, this project represented much more than event execution.

It was a complete end-to-end employee engagement and family day event management project, covering ideation, activity planning, experience design, office transformation, branding, entertainment zones, engagement activities, hospitality coordination, stage setup, family experiences, and seamless on-ground execution.

The event experience started with a dedicated registration zone, welcoming employees and their families into an environment designed around interaction, celebration, and participation.

The event also featured interactive games and engagement activities hosted by the Emcee, creating participation opportunities for employees, children, and family members throughout the celebration.

One of the defining aspects of Krafton FamJam 2026 was the balance between employee engagement and family experiences.

Managing multiple engagement stations, guest experiences, activity zones, stage interactions, children’s activities, food areas, gifting experiences, and operational movements simultaneously required structured planning and seamless execution throughout the event.

This project also marked an important milestone for NextGenInnov8 by adding a large-scale employee engagement and annual family day event for a globally recognised gaming brand in Bangalore.
